The Thang
We used the four corners of the parking lot for a BOMB!
Corner 1- 25 Blockees, then transport coupon to Corner 2, drop it off, and run a complete lap around the lot.
Corner 2- 25 Overhead Presses, then transport coupon to Corner 3, drop it off, and run a complete lap around the lot.
Corner 3- 25 Merkins, then transport coupon to Corner 4, drop it off, and run a complete lap around the lot.
Corner 4- 25 Big Boy Sit-ups, then transport coupon to Corner 1, drop it off, and run a complete lap around the lot.
Rinse and repeat, reducing reps by five with each round.
Everyone was in their round of 15 when time was called.

Circle of Trust
Blues Clues put up a post about an event that he attended earlier this week where Jocko Willink was one of the featured speakers. Man was I bummed I missed that! Jocko is an ex Navy SEAL commander who led teams in Iraq and fought in the Battle at Ramadi. He’s a great leader and an all-around bad ass, and his motto is “Discipline equals freedom.” I have that message on the wall above my desk and ponder its meaning often.
The simple truth is that we cannot attain the goals we strive for or the freedoms that we want without leading disciplined lives. I fail at this every day, but it doesn’t mean I don’t try.
Focus on where you need discipline in your life so that you can earn the freedom you desire!
Naked Man Moleskin
It was a great crew this morning. Parks & Rec, as always, was the first one there to get warmed up and continued to lead from the front. Trickle was close on his heels. The endurance award goes to Bartles & Jaymes, who showed up even after a marathon drive home from Florida, and he never took his foot off the gas. It was great to see Munson back out after a couple of weeks, and Boy Sandwich wasn’t going to let his dad beat him. Fargo was pushing YHC all morning, and I always appreciate that! Milton exhibited his always flawless form and gazelle-like running ability. Title 9 and Stand Up quietly put in their work. It took no more than 5 minutes for Stand Up to strip down to a t-shirt. It’s great to see Bubble Wrap get engaged quickly and start accelerating! When’s your VQ? And thanks to O’Doul’s for picking up the 6 this morning. You’re the best dang Friday BP Site Q!
