I set a goal at the beginning of the year to Q twice a month. I knew November would be a little tough since I’m going on vacation. So saw this was open on the 1st day of the month so was glad to take it. We are nearing the end of the year. There will probably be a lot of thought of your goals for next year. My challenge to you is to make Qs part of your goals. There’s a lot of benefit that I’ve found in doing them besides the fitness aspect. There’s something to preparing and leading a workout that helps you grow.
