Introduction
Hadn’t Q’d in a little while. Been meaning to get on the Q sheet, and just felt inspired. I know Nosejob and MiaHamm appreciated the late call out of the bullpen. They do such a good job keeping this AO rolling like a smooth operation. I’ve always enjoyed the Launchpad when I’m there. Nice area, nice B-ball courts, and of course I love the turf field. I love it so much, we spent almost all our time there. It beats the pavement!!

The Thang
We circled up in the center of the turf field with our coupons and jump rope’s all ready to go. I used my brand new light up cones. I was so excited!!
Shoulder Press to 25 in cadence
50 jump ropes as a group
Curles (for the girls) to 25 in cadence
50 jump ropes as a group
Skull crushers to 25 in cadence
50 jump ropes as a group
Goblet Squats to 25 in cadence
50 jump ropes as a group

We did this running circut 2X before Thang 2

Grab a partner
Wheel barrow races there and back from the endzone to the 25 yard line
PAX seemed to like a surprise competition. 2 FNG’s paired up won the way back!
Mosey around the turf football field as a cool down
“Traintrack” back to the entrance to then grab our equipment and head back to the flags for Mary.

Circle of Trust
I kept today’s CoT simple. We had 3 FNG’s to hear about and name! Today, I shared the importance of all the skills and talents all the PAX bring to F3. Patchouli is the guru of Yoga and leads BROGA for all of us. Faceplant with his knowledge of self defense and military tactics, BabyHands with his intense accountability and his ability to get after the PAX, Wine in a Box with Qing all the time; Cousin Eddie knowing the rule book better than anyone, Goldberg with his stats! All of us bring something. I feel like I’m still trying to figure it out for myself. The point is, pick something out and get good at it! Really, really, good at it! You may do this in personal life, work, F3. Just pick something out and become an expert and build your brand!

Waterfall, good to see you as we don’t post a ton together. Glad you were able to keep the net off your head too in terms of less bugs. Lasix…wow. 3 FNG’s?! An FNG brought an FNG? Is that legal? Cousin Eddie help us out? What do we call that? 🙂
