We’ll do an extended 4 corners after warming up. THEN come with me to Complex or stick around and continue the party at the Outpost! Bring your coupon, running shoes, and grit! Don’t forget to HC below!!!!
Warm-O-Rama
Went on a somewhat extended mosey around the parking lot.

The Thang

Carried the coupons to the east side of the parking lot.
Corner one- 20 curls 20 skull crushers
Corner two (down by play ground)- do at least 5 pull ups
Corner three (headed south along the path)- 20 squats
Corner four (head west back towards the parking lot)- 20 merkins
and then north back to corner one total distance all the way around is about mile
Added 5 more reps to corner one, corner three, and corner four and did more pull ups than the first time at corner two.
Thang 2
Had about 10-15 minutes left so we played walking ultimate football in the parking lot with the rugby ball and wrapped up with about a minute of stargazers.
Circle of Trust
There had been a lot of talk about setting goals this week.
Referenced the Michigan victory last weekend quickly and meant to hit on how Jim Harbaugh set the goal to beat OSU and win the Big Ten.
Then hit on how it had been brought up a couple times this week at various posts that I was at this week.
Naked Man Moleskin
Another stellar performance by the Site Q- Shirley Temple this week. It was just an honor to be in his presence and to see him do his thing again.
Great to see everyone that had come out. Really appreciate that the chose to get up early on a Saturday and come party in the gloom with me.
