We’ll be on the move the whole time, we’ll be using coupons and we’ll be building muscle.
Rugby moseys, 11’s, and Vicious Circles are all on tap tomorrow! Plus maybe one or two more tricks I have up my sleeve!

The Thang
Thang 1:
Started with a rugby mosey around the ball fields. We used 6 and 8 lb medicine balls. Drops equaled 5 burpees. I think we only had 3 drops.
Thang 2:
11’s back where we started. Merkins on one side, big boys on the other.
Thang 3:
Ran the Gauntlet. We got in 2 lines with PAX in each parking spot with each spot alternating between curls and either skull crushers or triceps extensions. 2 PAX at the “front” of line would run to the far island and back then all the PAX would “bump down” till everyone had run.
Thang 4:
Vicious circle 1: 10 chest press
Vicious circle 2: 10 goblet squats

Read part of a speech by Theodore Roosevelt titled “The Man in the Arena”.

#301 for me. It’s always awesome and humbling to get 20+ PAX out at a BC. It was a great group of guys that were out.
