THANG 1 – Partner work
Partner up – as a partner team together do:
x50 bent over rows – partner wheelbarrow up hill
x50 overhead press – flapjack P2 wheelbarrow
x50 coupon swings – partner piggyback up hill
x50 coupon curls – partner piggyback flapjack
x50 simbas- partner leap frogs 🐸
•Hold plank at top for 6 between each revolution

Thang 2 – Bucket brigade up hill
Pass 2 coupons along to each pax standing side by side in a line going up the hill. We came back down and repeated until all 7 coupons were brought to top of hill.

Thang 3 -Bernie sanders dora
Starting at top of hill:

Well glad that Sun Devil gave some music input otherwise i would have led off with the Lady Gaga PokerFace burpee challenge.  Today is my first Q after handing over the reins of SiteQ duties at LaunchPad Tuesdays and big thanks to WetWipe for helping with transitions from SiteQ after guys have served for a year.  On Tues at the direction of Baby Hands we were reminded of the “Ball of Man” something we used to do where all men at a workout would stand together around the Q who would kneel and he would deliver CoT.  We’d done away with it last year due to covid.  I had all but forgotten it and served as a reminder for me, BoM is the same as our workouts, things can quickly fall by the wayside or be forgotten without consistency.  So a reminder to me, keep posting, keep being consistent, whatever that means for you and your ability to get out to workouts.  Also if you have an opportunity to serve, if someone taps you on the shoulder to be a SiteQ, lead a workout, lead a 2nd F event etc., say yes if you can, I guarantee you won’t regret it.  Shout out to Augustus Gloop for having my 6 today
