Introduction
Was on an EC run and ran into a movie production. They were trying to film while we were working out. Hopefully we were loud enough for them. Had to modify the workout to avoid the covered bridge where filming was taking place.

Quarry Pavillion Max Rep Contest
AMRAP – OH Press, Curls, Chest Press
THANG 2 – Mosey to base of hill
Coupon toss bear crawls all the way up with Merkins at the base
1st 50 Yards – 5 Coupon toss bear crawls then run back down and do 5 Merkins
2nd 25 Yards – 3 Coupon toss bear crawls then run back down and do 3 Merkins
Remainder of Hill – 2 Coupon toss bear crawls then run back down and do 2 Merkins
THANG 3 – Football Toss
Form two single file lines. Through the football to the guy in front of you and run to the back of their line. If the ball is dropped, penalty burpees. The man in back should not move forward and through from where he is. The distance between lines increased rapidly and the through becomes much harder.
