Introduction
Rolled in just before 5, ran down to the bridge to make sure thang 1 would work out with all the HC’s. Just after 5 the EC crew of Aladdin, Glenn, Augustus Gloop and Serena rolled in. Rest of the crew arrived in time for the 5:15 circle up.

Thang 1:
Mosey to the covered bridge. Break into two groups, fast group not as fast group.
Not as fast group took off right away running down the river walk to the first bridge, taking a right and a right running down the other side of the river walk back to the covered bridge. Fast group had 10 burpees then chase first group. SSH for the 6
Pull Up & Merkin mix OYO

Thang 2:
Mosey back to coupons at the tower, partner up.
First partner farmer carries coupons from trees to concrete at the base of the tower, drops one coupon and murder bunnies back. Next partner murder bunnies down and farmer carries back.
Waiting partner is doing 20 merkins, 20 big boys on repeat

Shared a favorite scripture reading, Matthew 8: 23-27 Jesus Stills the storm
Why this passage? You have to look at who the disciples in the boat are. These are life long fisherman, this wasn’t their first time on a boat or the first time in a storm. For this storm to scare them it was likely one heck of a storm. Such a serious storm to them was nothing to Jesus. Your storm may have been the murder bunnies we just did or you may have something real going on in your life. This passage tells us to draw strength from him and gives perspective that all can resolved through him. It doesn’t say your challenge may not really suck but it shows us a solution. Its about faith and perspective. Aye
