Introduction

Still not getting the best sleep, don’t get me wrong, it’s not terrible, but it is not as good as it was before this craziness. I woke twice during the night, once for the dog and again for the 2-year old. Wind was blowing hard all night as a cold front moved in. Real feel temps in the 20’s, it’s COLD! Garage workout sounds pretty good this morning.

Circle of Trust

Heavenly father, thank you for giving these men an opportunity to excel on this beautiful morning.

Prayers for Blues Clues’ sister who is battling some addiction issues during this difficult time.

Prayers for all first responders and medical professionals.

Prayers for all of those that are dealing with any part of the COVID 19 virus.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

Amen.

Naked Man Moleskin

Two points:

  1. This hero workout is dedicated to Lance Corporal Jamie Webb, 1st Battalion Mercian Regiment (Cheshire) who died on March 26, 2013 as a result of wounds sustained during an insurgent attack on his patrol base in the Nad ‘Ali district of Helmand province.

Lance Corporal Webb was a justifiable proud Mercian Regiment soldier; despite his young age and short time in the Army he achieved a huge amount. He deployed on 4 operational tours and developed a reputation for being a highly capable junior commander. He was an outgoing, upbeat and popular member of C Company who will be sorely missed by his brothers-in-arms.

Lance Corporal Webb leaves behind his much-loved parents Dave and Sue, and his close family.

  2. What took place on Saturday was simply amazing! 160+ came together to crush some serious mileage. Big thanks to TPS Report and anyone else that helped promote this challenge and to all of the PAX that participated.
