Introduction
Wonderful morning downstate in East Peoria. Not really humid, 70ish degrees, birds chirping and horrible signal by the river. Bad signal does not go well with Qing a Virtual workout. Ozark stepped up in true HIM fashion and started our Warm-O-Rama while I packed up and went to another parking lot.

5 Minute deconstructed burpees
Thang 2-Doctoral School of Burpees. 27 Variations of Burpees were ready to go. PAX were shown 1 variation they had to do for 10 reps. Once 10 reps were completed they had to do the indicated exercise. Moved to the next variation when the 6 completed the burpee+10 of the additional exercise.

Prayed for some friends/co-workers of the PAX who we recently lost or went through a tough medical scare. Keeping Mr. Mayagi in our prayers.
Back on 4/20 I led one of my last virtual workouts. The holiday doesn’t mean much to me, but I know it does for others, so I went along with the fun. After the workout I went through Instagram and saw a video of Jock o Willink. He moved off screen jumped up and counted 1, then again 2…to 10. When he was done he said that was 420 burpees for his friends celebrating that holiday. He also has been quoted as saying burpees are like life, you fall and get back up, fall and get back up. So no matter where you are in life right now in a valley (like the bottom of the merkin) or at a peak (top of your jump) remember its not as bad or as great as what it seems. However, enjoy the ride and keep pushing yourself. Finally when you see your Ms and 2.0s give them a kiss. If you don’t have a M find someone to share in the moment today.

Minnow has been to a few of YHC Qs. It is awesome to see the motivation that he and Cobra Kai have to get up and get after it with us.
