Introduction
It was a perfect morning at The Complex. I haven’t Q’d much so I slept horrible and woke up every hour starting at 1:15 until I finally just got up at 4:10. I arrived to the The Complex at 4:50 and was the first one there… that is a first for me as the other times I have Q’d several PAX were there for an EC run. My brother Pizza The Hutt was on the tunes but he came in hot and we didn’t have time to connect the bluetooth so we proceeded without any tunes.

Circle of Trust
I was inspired to Q today when I posted down range Saturday and Tuesday and Breakaway and Happy Camper, both who I EH’d, and were Q’ing asked when I was Q’ing again. In November I will have been coming to F3 for 2 years and I have only Q’d few times. The next day Poutine was looking to fill a spot at the Complex and I decided it was time to step up. I have since signed up for September and November and will look to Q once a month. The thing that I love about F3 is the daily reminder to get better, to be a better husband, father and co-worker. When I start my day with F3 these other things fall in to place just a little easier.

Father, thank you for this beautiful morning and thank you for these men coming out to support my Q today. I pray that today we would would be mindful of our actions and brighten someones day. Amen.
