The Thang
Thang One (Stairs)
11’s on the stairs. We started with 10 blockee’s at the bottom and 1 hand release merkin at the top. To switch things up a bit I also brought my 45lb sandbag and a sled hammer I had in the truck. PAX took turns running up and down the stairs. Great push overall. Tunes were playing, mubblechatter was decent.
Thang Two (Turf)
Partner up and wheel barrow each other to the first line and keep switching until the end. (harder than it sounds)
When completed run through the monkey bars one time pick up coupons and head to the flags.
Thang Three (parking lot)
Coupon work. 2-3 rounds I can’t remember All reps performed together on my count
15 Curls
15 Overhead Press
15 Goblet Squats
15 whatever we call the football drill where we switch hands with the coupons back and fourth as it was the tip of a football

Two Wolves was the only physical AO in F3Naperville I had yet to Q. The time had come and I was ready to rock and roll. It helps touring the AO’s as far as preparation goes. I planned a simple yet effective Q. It was one of the chilliest mornings in a while so warm up was key. HC’s were slower than normal, I was not concerned and in the end we had 17 PAX show up ready to work. The PAX who stood out to me the most was Switch #Respect this HIM was getting after it, excellent form. Bob Ross was in attendance as well. How lucky for me twice in one week. Lewinsky actually posted the pictures this time. Thanks for the energy and covering the 6 brother.
