Arrived at 5am to see Juice Box sitting in his car, wondering why the hell he got out of bed.  I felt the same… The Bears pulled out a nail biter, and I ate too many smoked wings and drank a few too many beers last night.  Took a quick jog to set up cones and I started to feel a little better (although I could still taste the wings).

Circle of Trust

1 Year ago today, Turner & I posted for the the 1st time at the Complex.  It was Hooch’s VQ, but he seemed like  pro that day to me… I did more Blockies than I ever care to do again, and pretty much felt like I was going to vomit most of the time.  My second post was two days later at Dark Tower, where I did about 50 lunges and then had to run up the hill, at which point I took a spill that looked like a sniper took me out.  It’s been been a great  ride since… and I thank Hooch and Juice Box for dragging me out that first time.

I struggle with balance in my life… I have a lot of extremes, and they swing from one issue to another.  Whether I work too much, exercise too much, drink too much… something is always the overwhelming focus.  It’s been a lot this past year… F3 did it too me too.  I’ve had periods where I posted 4 days a week, but other parts of my life suffered.  CoVid may have caused me to drink too much at times… it’s always up and down.  I’m hoping to get back to a healthy balance this year, and I hope that the men of F3 can help me do so.  Posting a few days a week, and focussing on my family while keeping up with work in these crazy times… It’s going to be tough to balance, but I hope you boys will help me find that balance that I need.
