Introduction
Well I forgot I was supposed to Q but luckily I had one planned. Then It was cold and rainy and I didn’t really feel like getting wet so we ended up going to the parking garage. Plus I didn’t think Onions would want to get wet.
Warm-O-Rama

Arm circles in cadence 10 seconds forwards 10 seconds backwards
tappy taps in cadence for 10 seconds.
The Thang
Thang 1:
Mosey to garage: Run up to level 5 do 50 merkins and 50 upright rows
run down to level 4 and do 40 of each exercise. Continue this pattern until you hit level 1. After you finish level 1 jump rope for the 6.
Thang 2:
Same idea as Thang 1 but different exercises: Squats and Alabama sky humpers ( I think that’s what they’re called)
The only change is before you can start your run to the next level you had to do 40 walking lunges. Each leg is 1 rep.
We ran out of time here and most of us stopped at level 3.
Mosey back to DT and do squats for the 6
