Introduction

Plenty of Chazzballs were served up, but Ma never brought out the meatloaf.  22 PAX came to join me for my VQ.  I knew I planned a tough workout, but the Bear Crawls at the end might have been a bad idea (or good).

Warm-O-Rama

Chazzballs (Goofballs), Motivators from 7, Abe Vigotas, Mosey, High Knees, Butt Kickers, Arm Circles.

The Thang

Thang 1:  DORA; 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs; Farmer Carry with coupons up hill, 3 burpees, Farmer Carry back down.  Repeat until reps are done.

Thang 2:  Ascending Curb Crawls; Bear Crawl to other side of lot, 1 Ierkin, reverse Bear Crawl back to starting side of lot, 2 Derkins.  Increase number of (D)(I)erkins on each side of lot until you complete 12 Derkins.

Why are you getting up at 4:30am and dragging yourself out ITG?  Don’t waste this time you have found to get stronger.  Bring your best effort to each workout.  Come strong and go hard at each and every Post.  Use that Savage Lynol Sword if you got it; don’t save those strong weapons for a later battle.

It’s really amazing to see how many fantastic people I have met since beginning F3 workouts, and then to see those amazing people come support me for my VQ.  The members that come to IL have create an amazing energy where, as I told @Rhonda, you just have to show up and you can help but get stronger.
