Introduction
We will run around, we will run down, we’ll run up. Run across, run over and in, run back and forth, run left and right. There will be some tempo, elevated heart rates, & gasps for breath. Then we will stop.

Unsure the below image comes thru once saved, but a .75 mile loop around the AO, with .2 mile warm up/cool down leg, a .3 mile 90% leg, a .2 mile 70% leg and an AYG hill climb. Most pax got in 3-5 laps.

Spoke of my challenge with finding positive & encouraging words of late as i find myself in the middle of the current world & local issues, and seeing such division and sides being chosen. And the sides not agreeing to disagree for betterment of all. It is a hard time to raise 4 young kids, 1 with special needs. But i am grateful for F3 and the acceleration and support of the pax thru these tough times.
and to lighten the mood before prayer i closed with an oldie but a goodie…
A man’s walking down the street when he spots a sign outside a house that reads “Talking Dog for Sale.” Intrigued, he walks in.
He sees the dog, not sure what to ask really, he says “So, what have you done with your life?”
“I’ve led a very full life,” says the dog. “I lived in the Alps rescuing avalanche victims. Then I served my country in Iraq. And now I spend my days reading to the residents of a retirement home.”
The guy is flabbergasted. He asks the dog’s owner, “Why on earth would you want to get rid of an incredible dog like that?”
The owner says, “Because he’s f**king a liar! He never did any of that!”
