Introduction
There was something a PAX had said to me last week during their Q that stuck with me a little bit. His Q was a little out of character, meaning it incorporated a little more running than usual. It did not kill me and it actually made me rethink some of my future Q’s.

My parting thought is we should all follow the leadership of the PAX. Appletini often preaches about pushing outside of your comfort zone and attack what you need to improve on. It took another PAX doing just that in order to kind of kick me in the a$$ & move me into the right direction. So a shout out to Appletini & Smalls for the inspiration to try new things that you are not exactly comfortable doing during your typical Q.
