Before @Pork Rinds dishes up one of his partial birthday Q’s on Tuesday (HC for that btw), come join me tomorrow 12/28 at Citadel for my actual birthday Q. I am leaving 41 in the rear view mirror and will now be 42. Let’s see if I get my age right in NoR.
You can leave your coupon at home for this one, but you may want a headlamp for part of it as we will be using the backside of Mount Citadel. I don’t care what kind of shoes you wear as long as they keep your feet warm.
It was cloudy, 29 degrees with a wind chill of about 18.

Mosey to back side of the hill. At bottom of hill, do 42 big boy sit-ups. Run to top of hill and do 42 Bobby Hurleys then run back down. Repeat.

At base of hill, do 21 lunge walks out and 21 back. Then 42 mountain climbers (each leg = 1) and 42 smurfjacks.
