Come out to early Iron Lion tomorrow morning for a Cable Guy AOVQ and once your arms are sore from swinging the sledgehammer, stick around for a nice mosey run.

50 minute run – out and back from Iron Lion down Riedy to Curtiss and end at Belmont Road(2.6 mile each way). Once we get back to IL, we’ll run the 0.7 mile loop until 7:25 AM.

Special prayers for a good, neighborhood friend of mine who caught COVID about a month ago and is still suffering from air pockets in his lungs. He’s a firefighter with a paramedic background and decided to not get vaccinated for personal reasons. He’s been in and out of the hospital with a ventilator but is back home. Prayers that he recovers soon.

Great long, slow run with lots of mumble chatter along the way. We appreciate Cocoon slowing down to keep us company. Huge kudos to Messy(Sulley’s 12 year old 2.0) for pushing close to 6 miles. Can’t wait to see how his acceleration looks in a few years!
