Introduction
A little dark when we started but the sun eventually popped over the horizon. We had a small but elite group of HIMs stretching and getting ready to go to work. And then, the clock struck 5:15am.

Got moving right away. Took about a 1/2 mile run to the large parking lot.
Gave the men an option – average Joe would do 15’s, elite would do 21’s.
Peter Parker’s / jump tucks (knees to the chest) – became brutal way to soon
Run 30 yards in between
Both groups finished around the same time, leaving just enough time …
Bear crawl 20 yards then run 40 yards. Turn around and repeat (bear 20, run 40)
Time to get back to the flags – another 1/2 mile run

Naked Man Moleskin
Just as we were wrapping up Mary, Sonny Bono appeared as if out of nowhere. Turns out, he showed up a few minutes late and we had already started our run toward the parking lot. Instead of leaving for his warm and cozy bed to catch a few more z’s, he made his own run club.
Today was a burner and everyone gave their all. We ran together, we sweat together, we got better together.
Can we get to coffeeteria already?
