It’s the Murph. We did the Murph. The goal was to not cheat a rep, and no one did. We focused on quality and not leaving the 6. You weren’t there. You missed it.

We didn’t require vest. We required you complete each rep. Everyone was awesome and you all suck.
Circle of Trust

Naked Man Moleskin
This group was badass. They all kicked ass and no one cheated a rep. If you think that is a lie, I will fight you. Seriously, and you will get handled. I will beat you into submission. It’s a fact, sorry, you suck.
Baby wipes -the man, the myth, the legend. He crushed it. He is just a baby and would dominate us all if he chose to. He is a Lockport FireFighter and crushes it. Pull-ups, sssshhhhiiiiiissssshhhhh please, he nailed it.
Sulley – An amazing 6. He actually ended up leading the pack. You aren’t shocked to hear this but he showed up and owned Iron lion. Crush city.
Nacho Libra — Pull- ups, he is the master. No questions asked. Once again, I will fight you based on this component. NL crushed and instigated the best mumble chatter.
Riunite — HE IS THE NUMBER ONE LINCOLN GAMES PICK. He earned it. Wore the vest the whole time and crushed every.single.component.
Sputnik – pull-up machine. Ripping off the mile run and is a total animal.
All in all, this group was amazing and crushed the Murph. The goal was to not cheat a rep and keep the six intact. We are a group and get stronger together. This was a great day and everyone worked together and completed the murph. We did a COT and those of us that could stay longer did. Baby Wipes had to leave to go to shift, so thats badass.
