I’ve been with F3 almost 3 years and it’s great to see the acceleration in our region. More people running, further, faster, lifting, rucking, posting, pushing, connecting, engaging, etc more and more…

I’ve run with enough guys who have run much more than I have and these guys will tell you about about all the times they failed…how they couldn’t finish a race, how they trained and for some reason just could NOT finish…this stuff happens…yet here they are, back out at it, still going…moving past the dark, and continuously seeking the light. If you think a path to achievement comes without failure, struggle and dark hours…think again…and run with more people who’ve been there. They will tell you. Keep going.
