Introduction
Now that F324 -2021 is in the books and was a huge success it’s time to get back to the task at hand. Getting 1% better everyday.
Join me at the LST Outpost and allow me the honor to help you do just that. I’m bringing the coupon sleds back out for this one for a burner of a circuit. When not on the sleds we’ll be sticking to a variety of presses, coupon swings, squats, and core work.

Thang 1: Full Body Circuit – AMRAP with the sleds setting the pace.

Thang 2: 11’s – Carolina Dry Docks and Mountain Climbers. Run the length of the parking lot North – South
Mary: Only a couple minutes for mary (finally got the timing right) so we revisited the mobility movements from WoR
