Introduction

Now that F324 -2021 is in the books and was a huge success it’s time to get back to the task at hand.  Getting 1% better everyday.

Join me at the LST Outpost and allow me the honor to help you do just that. I’m bringing the coupon sleds back out for this one for a burner of a circuit.  When not on the sleds we’ll be sticking to a variety of presses, coupon swings, squats, and core work.

If you’re looking to torch a few calories LST Outpost has you covered.Gloves, coupons, and a jump rope (will just need 1 or 2)

Warm-O-Rama

    3. Some Thoracic Spine rotation thing.  Looked good on youtube.  Did not disappoint.  *Not a Professional

The Thang

Thang 1:  Full Body Circuit – AMRAP with the sleds setting the pace.

  1. Sled push approximately 30 yards
  2. OH Press
  3. Front Squat with Slosh Pipe
  4. J-Lo’s
  5. Coupons Swings
  6. Jump Rope

Thang 2:  11’s – Carolina Dry Docks and Mountain Climbers.   Run the length of the parking lot North – South

Mary:  Only a couple minutes for mary (finally got the timing right) so we revisited the mobility movements from WoR

Naked Man Moleskin

I try to build a workout that is challenging at all levels and keeps everyone together.  This one seems to fit that.  Look forward to trying it out at new locations.
