Introduction

Filling in for an injured Blueprints. Decided to jump in to fill in the hole at The Complex. This opportunity with F3 has made quarantine life worth it. At times you take the opportunities that are given to you.

Warm-O-Rama

S Karoke – Arm crosses – 10

Jog warm up with skips and shuffling.

2 sprints with partner trying to catch you.

The Thang

From the island – Thang 1: Any time that you need to stop, you have to run to the light post #1 or #2.

100 curls

From the pavilion – Thang 2: Any time that you need to stop, you run to the parking lot or the T.

The goal was 1000 reps, need to shorten the warmup. 800 reps was appropriate for the time with warm-ups, note to self.
