Introduction
‘Last real Day of Lincoln Games. The PAX were tired and sore. Truthfully, YHC was pretty worn out & not expecting a big turnout, but then again, the greatest HIM of F3 Naperville always come out in droves when the going gets tough –especially when they will be rewarded with ONE MILLION BONUS POINTS!!!

P1 to top of the Hill – do 10 Bobby Hurleys –then back down & flapjack w/ Partner to complete exercises.
P2 exercises: Foxholes x 100 / Plank Jack x 200 / Side Straddle Hops x 300

Catch Me if You Can – Single line mosey around AO; last PAX drops for 3 burpees, then sprint to the front. YHC should have taken Aladdin’s advice on “Two Lines” as 18 is just too many for a “filler” THANG

Flippy Floppy Flapjack – Bear Crawl 25 yards –flip over –Crab Walk 25 yards, then backward mosey to the starting line –flapjack w/ Partner who does Big Boy Sit-ups while waiting.
THANG 4
Carillon (Dora) 1-2-3: 100 Derkins / 200 Dips / 300 Step-Ups –Partner runs around the carillon & relieves partner to continue exercises.

It was great to be back at Dark Tower & see lots of new faces –some of whom have been posting for a long time, but YHC just hadn’t met yet.
For many guys, this was the last 3 points they would contribute to their teams, so hopefully everyone enjoyed the ONE MILLION BONUS POINTS! And while the points might not be real –and didn’t help you win the Lincoln Games, you should all know that it was an honor to lead y’all …and partake in some 2nd F at coffeeteria.
