The Thang
Out and back run from Complex parking lot through Knock Knolls to Ring Road and back. Faster guys circle the Complex path(around baseball fields) until we all get back at 5:55 am.
Circle of Trust
I was reminded this weekend to never take life for granted and appreciate every day God gives us. A good friend of ours, 41 year-old mother of 3 in our neighborhood, was recently diagnosed with cancer that appears to be fairly aggressive. Our thoughts and prayers are with her, her husband and kids, family and friends.
Unfortunately, we all have a finite amount of time. Hug your M’s and 2.0’s everyday and remind them how much they mean to you. Never take tomorrow for granted and carpe diem.

Thank you for the 9 PAX that came out, and especially @Sparky for having my 6. We battled slick conditions and a pretty good headwind coming back, but all got better today.
