Let’s ruck to get better. We have less than 40 minutes for the main thang so let’s get moving!

We rucked/ran the main Complex loop twice.  Mixed in the following

15 merkins – pavilion

20 squats –

Parking lot – Plank for the 6 – 15 merkins

20 lunges – pavilion

15 merkins –

Mosey to the east baseball field.  2 lines for back to front ‘runs’ through the snow covered field.  We picked up the main trail on the west end of the park.  Mosey around the trail loop and awaited the 6.

Circle of Trust

With the New Year many of us set new goals.  Such as, a diet, weight loss, exercise, work or family related goals.  We set and reset goals throughout the year and we are often faced with failure.

Failure is all around us and for me I’m often faced with discouragement.  The goal is no longer exciting and it’s lost the original enthusiasm.

Discouragement is evil and can break us down.

Last year there were many things going against us and it’s proof life is full of change. All of us have been impacted by the changes COVID made.  There will be a force against what you want to accomplish.

This year when you go off track don’t completely derail.  Count on your friends, family and F3 brothers.  Remember the enthusiasm and excitement you had when you first set your goals.

Keep discouragement at bay.

Surprise! We ran at ruck club. Is that Runk club then? Last week I received the same surprise a Ronda Rousey’s RC at IL. We can do it at the Complex too. Thanks RR!
