Introduction
I had a long break from Q’ing and I had a chance to catch some great Q’s by Bob Ross, Tonka, Baby Hands, and more. It really inspired me to step up my game. I overheard in the mumble chatter of a Q where they did lunges all the way into the pavilion and it took over 20 minutes. It was right then when I thought, I can one up lunges, I will make them partner up and wheelbarrow to the other pavilion. After sitting on that idea, I realized wheelbarrows is about the worst exercise you can do in this Corona Virus reality we live in. Why don’t I make a Q about a virus and F3 has to overcome it.
Thus SadClown-19 beatdown was born.

So thankful for these guys! Bob Ross killed it like usual. A-Fib has really been in good shape lately, we did jailbreak to go back to the flags and he was one of the fastest. The fastest today was Niners, I’ve sprinted with that guy before and that guy can sprint! His nickname should be Usain Bolt! Good to see Waterfall as I missed him last week and so glad that we had 11 guys come out and join!
