It had been a while since we did bear crawls at BP, so I thought what better way to start our week…

Warm-O-Rama

Good mornings, Mosey, Abe vigodas, Arm circles

The Thang

Thang 1:

Ascending curb crawl

Bear crawl from starting line to facing curb, perform 1 Derkin

Bear crawl back to line and perform 1 air squat

Repeat (ascending reps up to 13 each end to completion)

Thang 2:

Everest

Start a base of hill (long side)

Lunge with one leg, air squat. Lunge with other leg, air squat.  Repeat until reach top of hill

Crab walk down hill (steeper side)

Thang 3

Rocky balboas on curbs in parking lot until Mary
