Introduction
Ruck Club 1/1/21 For The Complex 7AM start. MODIFIED TIME AND LOCATION. We will be starting at 7am from the Dunkin Donuts parking lot at 2035 S Washington. Please park where you see the P on the map. We will enter the path at the light where you see the S on the map and take the path along the river north to 75th for 30 minutes, turn around and head back. Come start your year right with a rucking good time.
Warm-O-Rama
We did no warm ups. I did debate saying Motivators from 21 and then end after the first count, but I thought that would be too mean.
The Thang
We did a simple ruck following the river trail from 87th/Washington North towards 75th Street. We made it to just about 75th street at the 30 minute mark, turned around and rucked back.
Circle of Trust
This was a last minute Q I picked up so I didn’t really have much planned. I talked a bit about how my NYE plans were adjusted on the fly by my girlfriend and how I don’t do so well with that but we all need to try and be flexible and adjust. 2020 is behind us, the vaccine is starting to get distributed so the outlook on 2021 is hopefully a positive one for everyone.
Naked Man Moleskin
I thought we could all use a later start and a simple plan to hope start our years off right with showing up. Just like 10 years ago their plan was to get men to show up and to be interested in sticking around to do more together. I also moved our starting point to where our coffeeteria usually is so that it was easy to stay and do some more 2nd F.
