Introduction
Summer Pavilion Tour 2021
I am not a great runner. Therefore, I need to work on running. However, I do like coupon work. This bootcamp will combine both. We will stay on pavement and explore the majestic pavilions of the OG AO.

– Speaking of Jay-Z, for those at my first Q, we played rock to get us moving, and if it’s ok with everyone here, I’d like to play some hip-hop to get us into a rhythm since we’ll be running a lot.

-Indian Run (same lines) using perimeter path by fence line back to coupons turning into main, grab them and mosey to Pavilion 2, in the center of the baseball fields.
-20 Thrusters OYO, run over to adjacent drive lane, 4 Bonnie Blairs, run back to Pavilion, hold for 6
(eliminated due to time: 20 Incline Merkins OYO, run over to adjacent drive lane, 4 Bonnie Blairs, run back to Pavilion, hold for 6)

-Please watch over Roach Coach’s in-laws, Columbus’s Stepmom as she battles ALS, and Elway’s brother as he recovers from his melanoma surgery
-Please also be with the various people who are involved with, stranded, or making decisions about the situation in Afghanistan.
-There are a lot of ways to look at that situation but the bottom line is there are innocent people caught up in the middle in a bad way, and we ask that you watch over them and protect them as we work through this period of time

Naked Man Moleskin
I learned a lot from my VQ earlier this month, in terms of proper counting/set-up, and chalking the exercises so it’s easy to see (as opposed to constantly referencing my phone.)
On this one, I mis-judged how long the Dora would take (even though it was only 50-100-200 reps), so by the time we did our second running element, I knew we were going to have to cut out a couple of the coupon exercises at each of the remaining pavilion stops in order to get to Mary at the right time.
A couple other items to clean up included:
– Doing too many 10-counts after the 6 got in. This kept adding time, and we had a lot of BD savages who just wanted to giddy-up and go.
– Initially goofed up the form of the alternating side seal claps in the WOR, but got into the right sequence by the third of 10.
– Mis-instructed that the Bataan Death March 6 had to do 5 merkins before sprinting to the front (Roach Coach caught it and corrected to Burpees)
– Didn’t use the right name for coupon cross-over merkins (called them alternating arm coupon merkins)
– Got caught power walking at the end of a coupon mosey before reaching pavilion 2
– Ended with stargazers for final ~35 seconds instead of going hard through 6am
Enjoyed the Coffeeteria, and look forward to #3 in the near future
