Circle of Trust

Thanks for the opportunity to lead you this morning and for all those that came out to support me and each other here today.

Words of inspiration provided  related to my journey to get to my 500th post.

Prayers for those named and special prayers for Noonan and his family as they lay our brother to rest today.

Naked Man Moleskin

It just so happened that my 500th post fell on the same day as my birthday Q today.

BR and Quarter Cart took the checkered flag in the inaugural Handy 500 and as a reward did a victory lap after completing an extra 100 plank jacks.  Well done men!  Everyone had their engines running hot today.

I appreciate all for coming out and celebrating with me today and supporting each other.  The PAX sang happy birthday to me at the end of the workout and a majority of us made our way over to SB for some great coffeeteria discussion.  We really have a special thing going here at F3Naperville.  So glad to be a part of it.

Until next time

Handy Manny
