Introduction
The Zen that Wasn’t.
The material for a Zen Workout wasn’t fully developed so I decided I won’t Q a half baked workout for these Pax who deserve more.
Warm-O-Rama
Squats icx20
Abe Vigodas icx20 (did we do this?)
Modified Indian run to baseball diamonds into a turf area in between the south diamonds.
-High knees x30
-Low/High Plank x30
-Half Burpees x20
-Toe touches x20
-Squat jump x20
-Side planks 30 sec per side
-Hip Thruster x20
-Butt kicks x20
The Thang
THANG 1 ELEVENS
Mosey to Bridge
Each Pax carries two detergent jugs with about 9lbs water each.
Start with 1 squat with arm raise, mosey up the bridge and stop halfway do 10 curl overhead, Mosey back do 2 squat with arm raise, so on so forth.
Additional challenge is pax can’t put down their jugs till the end.
Called an audible around ten reps into the Elevens due to time constraints.
Mosey to playground pavilion
Three stations
1 or 2 pax – burpee pullups till failure
1 or 2 pax – Triceps dip till failure
1 to 2 pax – Carolina dry docks till failure
Rotate.
6 o’clock, back to the flags, no time for MoM.
