Teams of 2 pax working together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100, 200, and 300 reps. Pax 1 executes as many reps as possible while Pax 2 sprints 50 yards down and back. Flapjack until team goal is reached. Exercises are a top-to-bottom of body progression, 100 knee step ups, 200 coupon chest press per team (core), 300 LBC’s. When done help Teams who aren’t. I love incorporating this in my Q’s. Not one person sit’s on the bench. No one forces them, they step up as the Leaders they are.

I first thanked the MEN for coming out for THEM then I proceeded to thank them for their HC for my Q. Kuddos to everyone who began their week on the right foot in F3 Nation!

Second I shared a little of our experience @ Hotties and House Arrest’s OCR Race this past weekend. I shared an “AHA” I had while there. As volunteers Boxcutter and I were able to explore the course a bit. At the station we were assigned to there was a break where no race participants were present. The competitive juices were flowing plus I had just witnessed Baby Hands and Smokey complete it themselves so I dared to give it a try. Upon making the decision fear snuck in and I nipped it in the but immediately as I remembered one of my many favorite quotes

Henry Ford — ‘Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.’

I decided I could before I took off and I did. F3 gave me the confidence I needed at that moment to regain control. Boxcutter encouraging me gave me “oxygen to the soul” as John Maxwell would say.

Whatever you think you can’t do or fear doing, remember this quote. The battle is won in our minds. Today, CHOOSE to think you CAN! Are you an AMERI-CAN or an AMERI-CANT? The decision is OURS!

We prayed for Chop Shop, my sister in law, BC’s daughter and their future, Mr Miyagi’s mother, Crab Grass, our Country, respect for one another despite our difference of opinions, our restaurants/bars and our double socks.

Final Prayer

(I messed up The Lord’s Prayer)

I had a great night sleep. At least it felt like it. Maybe it was the extra hour of sleep. Whatever it was I was grateful and ready to execute. AOVQ @ The OG OP #nopressure I give the OP a hard time only because Appletini barked up the wrong tree once saying us “DT Boyz” were soft. I took it as a challenge and I would say we’re doing ok over there. At the end of the day it’s all LOVE and if he wouldn’t of said that maybe I wouldn’t of been as inspired. OP is where it all started and it has my upmost respect. Today I figured I’d show my gratitude by Q-ing.

I pulled in the lot around 504, Boxcutter was already there. It was a chilly morning so I wanted to get the PAX warmed up early with The magic carpet motivators from 8. Frank the Tank was running late (his reasoning was hilarious) running circles in the lot. I asked him the Sunday evening to bring the energy and he didn’t disappoint. I’m soaking it all up before he heads back to Texas. Overall I felt the PAX pushed HARD.  The energy was HIGH and contagious. I played Carlos Santana’s album “Ultimate Santana”. During DORA everyone was encouraging one another. PAX showed up BIG for the 6. We worked together as ONE. I’m very proud of Wedding Planner’s commitment to excellence aka Fartsack Killa I’m happy to see Blow Dry back ITG. I bumped saw him at the barbershop this past Saturday and reminded him of the Q. He said he would be there and he was, thank you. Thomas the Tank, always a pleasure. Pushed like the Tank you are! Sonny was getting after it as was Thumbdrive. Powederpuff was silent but deadly (thanks for the text bro), Blues Clues was a great MONDAY MANIA host holding the 6, Bob Ross was the first to help when done with his DORA. Roach Coach didn’t HC on slack so when I saw him pull up I was like “OH SHIT”. On the coupon mosey back to the lot from the bridge I saw someone take off in front. I was trying to catch up as I was second behind. I didn’t. When we arrived at the Flags I finally saw who it was and it was Trailer Park leading away. He didn’t give up, not one bit.

I hope your HC was worth it. I hope I added value even if it was just a bit. Most importantly I hope you had fun!

Signing off…

See you @ the TOP!
