Introduction
IPC Week 3. I spent the two days before mapping the route, so grabbing some cones, lights, music and chalk, I started in on the prep early, and with QC’s assist, we were ready to go as the PAX started rolling in by our early 5am start time.
Perfect weather for this, in my mind. Cool, no rain, and a pretty smooth circle to run.
Warm-O-Rama
I wanted to get a small and quick WoR in so that nobody had to start running cold.

Circle of Trust
Perseverance was the theme today. Nothing too fancy, but IPC pushes us, and after doing/ watching three weeks of it, it definitely had me thinking about perseverance. I talked about pushing through difficult times and changes, and opened up my CoT to anyone who wishes to talk about anything. We’re here to support each other.
Naked Man Moleskin
Set up went well. I created two loops to run, which was a huge help when 28 PAX decided to come to the Outpost. The line spread out by the end of the first round of Merkins, but it was good to keep everyone from bunching up at the beginning. Time is money for IPC.
Gaylord crushed it in just over 34 minutes, and kept going strong to bring everyone in. Honestly, amazing people out today, and I hope we see the new brothers out more, and soon.
