Introduction

Quarter Cart and Disclaimer spent some time wandering around in the dark with a 25-meter rope to measure off the Wheel of Misfortune.  The grass was tall and wet, and whoever uses that soccer field is going to be in for a surprise their next time out.  PAX showed up early and warmed up OYO so we could get right into the workout.

Warm-O-Rama

Warm-up? We don’t need no stinkin’ warm-up.

Circle of Trust

I just recently finished the challenge of doing 22 push-ups a day for 22 days as a way to raise awareness of the approximately 22 U.S. veterans who commit suicide daily. This is a small way to increase awareness for a serious issue plaguing our country’s service members, families and loved ones.

The rules:
-Once you are nominated, your 22-day challenge begins the next day.
-Everyday record yourself (or your family) doing 22 push-ups and post.
-Everyday you get to nominate a different person you think will join and get it done.
This is a great way to get the word out about a serious matter that people need to be aware of. These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedom, and it is sad to see so many veterans taking their lives.
We talked about the importance of lifting up our veterans and anyone else who may be struggling, and bringing the kind of support we give to each other at the AO out into the world.

Prayer requests lifted up for Mr. Miagi and his family.

Naked Man Moleskin

Contrary to popular belief, I am not a morning person. I don’t know how you guys get up this early so often. Respect.
