Introduction
Tour de la Citadel was the plan. Had 6 HCs prior to going to bed, perfect for exploring some areas we normally don’t go.
2.1 wakes YHC up at 12:50am put him back to sleep and do the dumb thing of opening Slack to see if there were any last second HCs…and they almost doubled. Had to make it early to make sure the original plan was going to work.
When on a slowsy to the random park off the trail on the north side of the lake. Way too close for 14+ PAX, so had to scope a new area for Thang 1.
Perfect found it with time to spare. Made my way back to the flags and saw a familiar face to YHC, but a new one ITG Puddin Pop!
Warm-O-Rama
Nerves are settling in need to make sure the cadence is perfect…

Mosey around the church parking with butt kickers,
The Thang
Thang 1-Baseball field fences 11s-Derkins feet against the fence then bear crawl to the trees air squats then lunge walk back to the fence.
Run over hill and do 20 big boy situps. Proceed to run to the Oakhurst park/parking lot area
Thang 2 Four corner ascending circuit.
1st corner pull ups
2nd corner chuck norris (knuckles) merkins
3rd corner Jump Squats
4th Bear Crawls.
PAX instructed to start with 5 reps and add 1 each round if their form was good on the last.
5:52 head to the flags.
Paused at the second island and set up an AYG run to the flags.

YHC is trying to stay off of social media but it’s not going well. Ran accross a post my mom put up about talking to your kids about santa when they get to the age where they question his existence. The post gave the guidance to transition from a “you have been lying to me for…” to “santa claus is the idea of giving without getting a thank you.
