Pax were split into partners for an upper body DORA. One partner started with a 50 meter out and back “John Cusack” carry while the other partner started the list of exercises, alternating after each 50 meters out and back.

400 Bent Over Rows

 

**All 4 sets of partners completed the full DORA in the time allowed. Good work, men!**
