Introduction

The weather map showed rain so would it be Plan A or Plan B?  It held off, was actually a gorgeous morning and we were able to venture out from the shelter and enjoy the playground.

Start at shelter and the two rows of picnic tables …

Row 1 – Army crawl under table then step-up and over the next – continue through the row  (9 tables)
Row 2 – (25 sets of the following exercises at each table)
Dips
Box jumps
Mountain climbers
Derkins
Goblin squats
Chest press
Overhead press
Curls
Mosey to equipment
5 pull-ups
Straight monkey bars
High knee cargo
Spartan monkey bars (I think that’s what they’re called???)
Up and over cargo net
Up the stairs and run lap around hill and back to picnic tables
Repeat circuit as many times as you can

Circle of Trust

Lincoln games was, for most of us, a heavy work load. How we respond this week and next is important. We have to fight the urge to ‘take a break’.  This doesn’t mean you have to do a six-pack … it means we need to plan to come out, 3, 4 or 5 days to keep it going. Once you hit the pause button, it’s hard to get going again.  Very hard.  Don’t put yourself in that position.

The plan was to work the full body without over-stressing any one area.  The rain held off and allowed us to add some cardio … in case last week wasn’t enough.
Every PAX pushed himself and we had the heart-rate up for the entire workout. Great push by all.
