Introduction
It is day 4 of incredible beat downs, not to mention the IPC, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (WTF), let’s do more…. Why more? Because we can. 22 veterans a day in the US commit suicide daily. They’re not here but we are and we will honor them and their service, without which, we could not enjoy our freedom.

The Thang
*All Thangs required 22 Reps to honor the veteran lives lost each day in our country.
PAX were divided into 4 teams.
Thang 1, 15 Minutes
1 team member at a time ran a 1/4 lap with a Wreckbag, while remaining members hit a gauntlet of exercises with 22 reps.

Team Relay Race: 50 yard distance
1 member at a time while the rest of the members conducted Side Straddle Hops waiting their turn.
Mosied Back to rally point and completed 1 minute of Superman Planks and 1 minute of Superman back extension sustained.
Mission Completed at 06:00!
