Circle 3: PAX with highest reps moves up to circle 2
Completed 10 rounds where all PAX but 1 was able to pick an exercise (sorry Bob Ross)

Circle of Trust
Count-o-rama, Announcements, Name-o-rama
Today was a competitive workout to compete against yourself and the others in your circle with the intent of being at getting to the top circle. It was a precursor to the Lincoln games which start May 10th. Best of luck to all of us.
Prayer requests: F3 2.0’s, especially the teenage variety; Bob Ross on his first week of retirement; Improvement of our country and for the COVID crisis in India
Finished with the Serenity Prayer
Naked Man Moleskin
Borrowed this workout because it was a lot of fun in person when we did it at The Complex. Results for me were about the same – bounced between circle 1 and 2.
In complete honesty, we used Power Point to do this and actually used rectangles instead of circles, but the result was the same. Only thing was would have liked to get a few more rounds in, but there was a little too much admin time between rounds to get people moved between circles.
Backdraft was an absolute beast and stayed in the first circle almost the entire time. I asked him to pick his kryptonite for his exercise which he picked burpees . . . and still stayed in the first circle. It wasn’t until we did get-ups (wish I remember who picked that exercise) on the last round that he dropped down to circle 2.
Could have guessed Ozark, Mr. Kettlebell himself, would pick the coupon swings. 🙂
The get-ups were the worst. Basically a big boy sit-up to a standing position. . . with a coupon in your hand. Who comes up with this stuff!?!?
Sonny Bono had the best reason for wanting to do goblet squats…but you’ll need to ask him if you weren’t at the workout this morning. 🙂
Bob Ross was a near fartsack but still made it out – just late. I have had way more than my fair share of fartsacks this past year because I overslept the workout by 5 or 10 minutes. Inspiration from Bob Ross making it out – being late is better than not at all…almost a version of DFL>DNF>DNS. Thank you Bob Ross for being there today!
