PAX were greeted with a beautiful 30 something degree morning. Cars were backed out of the driveway and we were ready.

The Thang
Use driveway or two objects 10 feet apart. Start with coupon on one side.
Complete the following for 5 reps for set 1.
-Overhead claps-clap outside of hands
-Overhead press w/coupon
-Squat w/coupon-Get Low
-Bent over row w/coupon
-Blockees
-Curls w/coupon
-Chest press w/coupon
-Nose Crushers w/coupon on ground
-Bear crawl to the other side of the driveway switch to crab walk to get back to the starting side. Immediately start next set.
Set 2 add 5 reps (10 total) and repeat the above. Continue to add 5 reps after each set.
5:54-1 minute of monkey humpers .
5:55-Mary
20 Big Boys
20 Leg Raises
40 (each side is 1) American Hammers-keep you legs straight don’t bend your knees.

Getting creative…
Lately all of us have had to find a creative side that we may not know was already apart of us. Juggling multiple hats is one thing, but the new normal for many of us is crazy. It’s still important to enjoy life and get a laugh.
My 2.0s have been talking April Fools day like it’s a 2nd Christmas. April Fools has never meant anything to me; however, this year I will step up and make it special for them. Enjoy today and find a way to Fool someone today. Feel free to share your stories or pictures.
