Noticed a few days ago that there were no Qs for Thursday. The request was sent out to all for coverage. Already had a Q on Friday, but figured this was a good opportunity to go back to back.
It was decided that today’s workout would be dedicated to my oldest 2.0, Alena. We incorporated a few of her favorite things into our workout-merkin, jumping rope, Mary exercises that spelled out her name and a never quit attitude.
When we found out that my M was pregnant with Alena it was a come to Jesus moment for Tonka. I knew I would finally have to stop smoking and drinking/partying would have to slow down. Its been 7 years since I had a cigarette and for the most part alcohol is something with dinner and no longer “partying”. She is 1/3 of my why and I’ll introduce you to another 1/3 of my why tomorrow.
We ended with prayers for Bob Ross’ brother Mike as well as Wet Wipes father Mike.
