Thanks to everyone for being so welcoming in my first few weeks in F3! Glad I joined and way better than running on my own! Decided to VQ early on because I wanted to be able to give back. As I was thinking about doing this, I was a little worried because I knew that I would not be as good as many of you who have been doing this longer. Reminded myself that being a leader is not about being the best. In fact, they aren’t even correlated. There are many people who are great at a skill who are not great leaders. Need to remind ourselves of that in F3 and beyond.
