Introduction

31 degrees outside, no wind, fresh fallen snow on the ground.  The snow continued to fall while the PAX arrived.  The parking lot will be too slick to run on, so we will move to the hill.  We will soon find out that the hill is also a lot of ice, so we will modify again using the grassy area between the hill and the clubhouse parking lot.

I want to reflect on what F3 Naperville accomplished last week during the challenge with Louisville.  We averaged 110 PAX per day, which is incredible given the crap weather we had here.  Men pushed themselves to post more often than they are used to.  Vern completed his first ever 6 pack, Blowout posted more than ever before, I completed my first ever 7 pack.  Guys also continue to push themselves to step up and lead.  Vern had never led a workout a few weeks ago and now he is up to 3 Q’s under his belt.  Other guys are signed up to lead in the near future.  We continue to pull in FNGs every single day over the past few weeks, which continues to strengthen our numbers.  If we can pull this many in the crap weather, I can’t imagine what the numbers at The Ridge and Black Panther will look like in the spring.  I’m so proud to be part of this group and am looking forward to what we can continue to achieve together.
