Thanks to the F3 brothers always being there for me, the past few weeks been challenging from a mental perspective and it is good to have folks I can reach out to that kick me in the ass and get me moving.
Re-sharing a concept that the things that go wrong or sideways in our lives might not be our fault but it is our responsibility to make the best of it. Continue to do the next right thing in all situations.
Prayers shared

Naked Man Moleskin
Back ITG after 3 weeks and today I realize it is selfish to not be EH’n friends and co-workers. The strength I draw from being out there with a group of HIMs can’t be measured. I am not near the top in fitness nor speed but I can hear hear each PAX still this evening with their words of “keep it up” or “way to push” as we passed each other doing bridge work. Sitting at a table sucking down a coffee, well today was tea, knowing that if I needed something that I could ask the men at the table and the help would be overwhelming moves me. Living farther out that most a lot of my rucks or runs (if you call them runs) are solo but many times in my head i just hear the men behind me and I keep going. This is why it is selfish of me that I have not brought a FNG to the Region yet
