Introduction
Solid temps and the parking lot has drained after puddles aplenty on Tuesday morning. Nothing to complain about. I mentioned an EC run in my pre-blast which I had no takers on so I was OYO. There were a few pax out for an EC ruck, but I felt the need to incorporate some extra running in the workout on account of no one joining me.

Team Competition- Pax broke up into 3 groups
Each team lined up coupons starting at island, goal was to move coupon line one by one down to light pole. In order to move coupon from back of line to front pax needed to do 1 of 3 exercises.

We kept in mind Wet Wipes father in law and all those being affected by the current health scare in our world. Particularly the trickle down effect this will have on businesses, work, and homes.
CoT – “What’s the one thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”
I was able to attend a conference around this “one thing” subject. Our busyness sometimes gets in the way of what actually needs to be done. Think big and be specific. It can be for family, work, faith etc. Dive deep and it will have a domino effect. Everything else is a distraction until the “one thing” is done.
