Introduction
EC at 4:40am w/ Hot Box & Sun Devil. Did a little recon prior to the BC to see what areas were clear and how the surfaces were.
It was a balmy 4 degree morning (-7 Windchill even though there was no wind). Felt nice without any wind.

Imperial Walkers to 10
Arm Circles to 10(forward, backward, overhead, & seal claps)
Air Squats to 10
The Thang
THANG #1
Mosey to base of tower for sets of 50 reps
Started with single arm bent over rows. (25 each arm)
Single arm chest press. (25 each arm)
Curls
Did two rounds and mosey’d to the bridge to the west. Bearcrawl across bridge and circle up.
Did 20 Merkins and mosey’d to the covered bridge to the east.
THANG #2
Attempted pull-ups on the bridge beams.
Did squated rows on the bridge railings to 50.
Mosey to front of cafeteria.
Did 20 Merkins and mosey’d back to the base of the tower.
THANG #3
Partner up and line-up east to west even with the big tree at the bottom of the hill.
Partner #1 does 5 Merkins on the coupon, stands-up and tosses it forward.
Partner #2 doing SSH at the base of the hill until Partner #1 returns.
Partner #2 then runs up to the coupon, does 5 Merkins, tosses the coupon, and runs back.
Rinse and repeat until coupon is at the top of the hill then start over with the other partners coupon.
Didn’t quite finish with the second coupon. We headed back to the lot for some Mary.

My work friend asked me a question the other day. If I could go back and live my life over again, would I?
I first asked if I would be able to take my wisdom with me? Can I benefit financially from this? Do I still get the same family that I have? His response was, “you get to do it again to relive the experiences only”. He said how precious and priceless time is. He then asked if i remember many of the Christmas gifts I received when I was younger. I could only name a few. He also asked if i remember many of the experiences I had which I can remember many of them.
The point is, we only have a short time on earth. We only get to spend a finite amount of time with our families. Instead of buying STUFF, DO STUFF. Our kids don’t even remember what they received for Christmas this past year but they remember Disney World, Skiing, Colorado at their grandparents house, etc……..
