Mission (ish) – really need to commit this to memory
It has been too long since I visited this beautiful AO and I want to ensure we take in as much of it as possible. Gorgeous, 40 degree morning with no wind and 11 PAX ready to get after it. This is my 60th q so you can imagine how many reps of each set we’ll be doing.

Pearls on a String while taking in the sights of downtown Aurora. We covered about 1.25 miles stopping 6 times along the way for some PT.
Dips – (3) X 20 and 10 burpees
Squats – (3) X 20 and 10 burpees
OH claps- 60 and 10 burpees
Lunges – (3) X 20 and 10 burpees
Derkins – (3) X 20 and 10 burpees
Jump squats – (3) X 20 and 10 burpees
Mosey back to the flags with ‘jail break’ for final 200
Thang 2 w coupon
Rotate OH press and curls (3) sets of 20 each
Chest press – 60
Mosey to bridge (2 lines) (pick your poison)
Line 1 – run to halfway point of bridge and return
Line 2 – run full length of bridge and return
Mosey to flags hold plank (30 seconds) to finish
